Get real with yourself and answer these questions right now

Are you aware of the armor you put on every day to protect yourself from experiencing discomfort?

How safe do you feel sharing your ideas, opinions, needs, feedback, or mistakes?

How confident are you that when you step out in courage and experience a setback, you have the resources to get back on your feet again?

So many leaders are armored up and leading from a place of fear, scarcity, and hurt. As a result, they are exhausted. Armor is heavy! Although it might be useful in life-threatening situations to keep you safe, it does not protect you from emotional pain or discomfort. In fact, it prevents others from seeing your value and connecting with you.

Brave leaders lead with courage and compassion, and although they feel fear every day, they also feel alive and inspired. (Research consistently shows the greatest leaders report feeling afraid most of the time.)

Which type of leader do you want to be?

Brave or Armored?

You have a choice.

Courage is 100% observable, teachable, and measurable, and Dare to Lead™ is an empirically-based curriculum designed to teach you how to be a brave leader.

Enter difficult conversations.

Ask for help.

Share your ideas and experiences.

During this 9-session intensive, you will learn how to:

  • Rumble with vulnerability. This is the foundational skill set of courage-building. Our ability to be daring leaders will never be greater than our capacity for vulnerability.

  • Live into your values. Our values inspire us to be brave. By clarifying them, we can lean into them as we step out in courage.

  • Build trustBrave leaders understand the elements of trust, how to build trust with themselves and others, and how to address trust-related issues when they arise.

  • Rise Strong. When we have a process for recovering from the inevitable setbacks that occur when we are being brave, our courage muscle grows.
