Based on the principles in Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, as well as other research-based team development resources, we facilitate team development workshops that are customized to match the goals for your team. These workshops may involve experiential learning and are typically prefaced by individual assessments (e.g., MBTI, ELI, StrengthsFinder), so the team has greater insight into their individual differences. The goal is to help the team get their differences to work for them (collective genius!) rather than against them (interpersonal conflict, politics, silos), and for the team to realize their potential for collective genius.
The mission of Altius is to create teams where members feel psychologically safe and thus free to engage fully and innovate.
