Culture Coaching


Based on the principles in Brené Brown's Dare to Lead and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, as well as other research-based team development resources, we facilitate team development workshops that are customized to match the goals of your team. These workshops may involve experiential learning and are typically prefaced by individual assessments (e.g., MBTI, ELI, StrengthsFinder), so the team has greater insight into their individual differences. The goal is to help the team get their differences to work for them rather than against them (interpersonal conflict, politics, silos), and for the team to realize their potential for collective genius. 


The mission of Altius is to help build cultures where employees feel safe engaging in their work wholeheartedly, meaning they feel safe taking risks and being vulnerable (e.g., sharing their ideas, opinions, and needs). When people feel safe in these ways, that's when breakthroughs happen in innovation, productivity, and relationships.  Our workshops are customized to match your needs and resources.
